Do not buy direct… go elsewhere !
I can honestly advise not to buy direct from Nails inc - buy from a retailer as the customer service is non-existent as others have reviewed!
My order hasn’t turned up, have emailed but no response in a week - even to acknowledge they’ll look into it!
I have had to re-order as it’s a large order but they now owe me a refund for the first missing order - they’re certainly not picking up my email though so I’m hoping I get it !!! I never dreamt to read reviews on this company first & I should have !!!
Great polish, poor service
Their nail polishes are great, but their customer service is not. I emailed them to complain that their gift vouchers reduce the cost rather than substitute the payment as I feel this is unfair (means you can never qualify for free shipping or gifts, so you are worse off than using money). I emailed twice with no response. I then left a review on the gift vouchers explaining this and it was never approved, even though other (more positive) reviews I left on the same day have been approved and show on the website. This is very unethical in my opinion.

I never review anything…but the Nails Inc Glow Naturale kit is beyond spectacular!
It is beautifully sheer, with a slight colour and a subtle sheen. My nails still look totally natural and I will never use anything else!

Be prepared to wait!
Firstly the positive, the products are pretty good and would purchase again but not via the nailsinc website. I have ordered twice and both times I had to chase via email and instagram after weeks of wondering where my order was. Only when I chased did my order get delivered. Customer services do respond eventually but, again, you have to chase hard. There are plenty other companies out there with equally good products so don’t waste your time. If you really want nails inc products then purchase them elsewhere for your own sanity.

I bought 2 summery neon colours from Superdrug, thinking they would last a bit longer than cheaper varnishes that chip after a few days. Well, I didn't even have this polish on for 24 hrs before it started chipping (even with a top coat) and it retails at £11. I have emailed them and the confirmation says they will respond within 48 hrs. Surprise, Surprise. No response. Don't waste your money.
Quite disappointed in this nail polish
Quite disappointed in this nail polish, purchased a duo, beautiful colours, although when applying a base coat and two coats of this took ages to dry n was sticky for hours and smudged easily, and two weeks later couldn't use a tacky mixture not good to say they are quite pricey!

Customer service is appalling and quite frankly non existent.
I have sent 4 emails regarding a damaged item I have received and I am yet to receive a response even acknowledging the issue
Avoid this company! Their contact number is never answered & clearly they don’t value customer service

Poor Customer Service
I agree with worst ever customer service. I bought 3 products from a third party website, I actually really liked the product, but they have a loose lid that doesn't seem to tighten and therefore all 3 products are now glouppy, and unusable in a short space of time. I wrote 3 emails to complain. When I threatened to leave a poor review, they contacted my for an ID number, which I didn't have, which I told them. I have not heard back from them since. At least reply to complaints, that way it doesn't escalate to a poor review.

Worst customer service ever!
I ordered a nail varnish set that arrived on 13th June broken. It has been impossible to get in touch with Nails inc. Their telephone number is not taking calls. I sent about 5 emails in the first week and had no reply so I decided to leave a review on their website. That night, someone finally replied to me saying they would send a replacement if I confirmed my address. 10 working days later, I still haven’t received confirmation of this happening nor have I received the replacement. I have sent several emails since which have all been ignored. DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM NAILS INC.

Do not shop with Nail Inc directly.
My order was placed weeks ago but despite a promised 3-5 day delivery I’m yet to receive any product, and their response to any social media message or email has practically been nonexistent
I am now going to try to get my monies back and will be looking to support other brands going forward.
If Nails Inc reads this I suggest you invest in your customer service or close down your online shop - this is not good enough!

I wish there was a 0 stars option. My nail polish never came, I don't believe Nails Inc have a customer service team.
I ended up buying some polish in Superdrug. I used the Nails Inc base coat, colour I selected and then top coat. It chipped within a day.

great experience, ordered online very easily, some good offers too. My parcel arrived just under 48 hrs later . They use DPG so if your not going to be in can divert your parcel which is ideal. Parcel was well packaged , easy experience from start to finish.

I placed an order 2 months ago, and it's still in processing. I mailed them so many times with no reply received. I tried to contact them in instagram and i finally received a reply. After that, they disappeared again.
Now i found my order was cancelled, but i didn't get any refund.
It's the worst shopping experience i have ever go throught.
Awaiting a refund and getting extremely angry
Terrible customer service! In fact it’s non existant, returned a nail polish to them in its original packaging, money taken out of my account on the 8th March and I still can’t get a refund! They ignore emails and all mail boxes are full so you can’t speak to them.
Have sent proof of postage and all details required to obtain a refund but I am still waiting, surely this isn’t acceptable! So I am left with £17.95 being taken out of my account which I can’t recover, how can this company treat its customers like this.
utter waste of money
Bought a set of 7 polishes from Nails Inc. on the basis of fab reviews that they last up to 7 days. Despite having cleaned my nails, used their base and top coats they last 1 day - I guess unless you don't work, drive, cook or do any normal stuff. Impossible to return as they state you must return by post but none of the parcel companies will ship nail varnish as its hazardous! expensive mistake.
